To be eligible for Student Fee you will need to provide a copy of your current student ID card or a written statement from your supervisor verifying your student status and upload with your registration.

Payment Policy

Individual Registration Payments can only be accepted by Visa or Mastercard.

Group payments can be facilitated by bank transfer and a PO Number must be supplied and will be subject to an administration fee of €25 +Vat. Please email your Group Registration request to vasculitis2022@conferencepartners.com

Cancellation policy

If cancelled before 03 December 2022 – 100% of the conference fee is refundable subject to a €25 administrative feeIf cancelled from 4th December to 9th February 2022 – 50% of the registration fee is refundable.No refunds are payable from 10th February 2022 onwards

Registration in person and issues with travel

We understand that your plans may change due to travel restrictions or changes in legislation within your country. Should you be subject to issues of closed borders or restrictions on travel to the conference please confirm with the Registration team by email to vasculitis2022@conferencepartners.com to update us.

All delegates will be offered access to the conference online as well as in person so you will have full online access to the content if you are unable to join us in Dublin.
